Class Representatives

Contact your Class Representative!
We have recruited individuals from each graduation year to be the representative of their class.
Class Representative Job Description:

Serve as a point of contact for your classmates on class and Novi Alumni Association information

Maintain an updated list of classmate mailing addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers (we will start and update a shared google sheet with you to get you started)

Report to the Novi Alumni Association on class activities, events or reunions for recognition on our website, Novi Educational Foundation newsletter and more.

Distribute (via phone, e-mail, mail, website or social media tool) messages from the Novi Alumni Association regarding events and activities (3-4 times each year)
Requirements:

Have your name listed on the Novi Alumni Association website

Notify the Novi Alumni Association when your contact information changes

Distribute messages in a timely manner
The Class Representative does not have to:
-
Coordinate reunions, however in many cases, you may already be involved in these activities

Attend Novi Alumni Association meetings, but you are welcome to do so

Live in Michigan or the Novi area
